Can I return an order?

Please note that we do not offer returns based on taste preferences or change of heart. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction, so if you experience a problem with your order, let us know within 7 days from the delivery date.

When submitting a support request, please include the following information:

  • order number

  • an explanation of the issue

  • a photo of the package and the contents of the package you received.
