How can I cancel my order?
If your order is still in OPEN status, you can easily cancel it from the order status page. Just click on "Cancel order".
If your order is no longer in OPEN status, you can contact us at email@example.com to check if the package has already left our retailer's facilities.
Depending on the status of the package, you may be subject to the store and shipping carrier's policies, which could include shipping and restocking fees. But we'll do our best to guide you through the process.
