How to report an incorrect address
If you notice an address is incomplete, incorrect, contains a PO box, etc., please send the order number along with the a brief description of the issue to retail@getbarcart.com - our team will try to get this corrected with the customer.
In the meantime, we will put the status of this order in 'incorrect address', once the address is corrected we will put the order back in 'open' status for you.
If for some reason we are unable to correct the address the order will be canceled.
